An opportunity has arisen to join Booker Group within the Retail Support Team as a Marketing & Communications Assistant.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Central Operations Manager in delivering the Marketing and Communications Plan. Creating concise and engaging B2B communications to inform and educate stores in business initiatives and industry developments. Identifying sales opportunities, aligning communication processes and simplifying ways of working.
Creating B2B marketing collateral for stores to inform them of business initiatives and to drive store engagement, including daily, weekly and seasonal communications across email, web and SMS
Producing clear, concise store communication on major issues to minimise the effect on store operations
Updating and maintaining the Store Communications Planner and plan activity and communications accordingly.
Producing and managing content on the retailer website to ensure content is engaging, relevant and current.
Working with Communications Manager to continuously improve how we communicate to ensure best practice, and cost efficiencies.
Helping to identify common ways of working across BRP brands to streamline the communications process
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent written and creative skills. You will be a strong communicator and be confident in dealing with people at all levels of the business, including retailers. You should be highly organised, be a strategic thinker and have strong attention to detail.
Shift Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Mon-Fri)
