Job Description:
If you are just starting out your career, or are looking for a new opportunity within the Financial Service sector, this role provides a great introduction to the Society giving access to all areas of the organisation.
At the heart of our head office here at Skipton the Mailroom is a fundamental part of how we operate as a business. You’ll be responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail, no formal qualification or direct experience isrequired as full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
Understanding the departmental priorities and working together as a team to achieve these, whilst displaying our core values and behaviours at all times.
Key role aspects:

Providing an efficient and friendly service

Processing and distributing printing requests

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with a diverse workforce

Preparing and dispatching parcels via an external supplier

Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures, ensuring your work is error, risk free and of the quality we expect

Identify efficiencies and improvements
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a hardworking individual, wanting to learn and progress their understanding within this busy and supportive department. Experience of providing excellent customer service and working as part of a team are a must for this role.
