Salary: From £9.80ph DOE + Increased overtime rates

The Fleet Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting the Fleet Compliance and Systems Manager, the Administrator will spend 70% of their time analysing Data and Reporting on their findings.

  • Produce reports from various different systems, update findings on excel
  • Produce reports and KPI’s on the following;
  • Tachographs, Working time, Accident and incidents, Fleet security, Fuel use, VOR / Breakdowns, OCRS Scores and MOT Pass rates, Driver training, FTA Roadworthiness audits, Internal audits, Driver defects, Driver behaviour reports, Monitor overloading
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in data
  • Add Purchase Orders to inhouse system
  • Maintain asset databases
  • Manage the approved haulier process
  • IT literate in MS Office and systems management software, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to collect, analyse and present data clearly
  • Able to create clear reports using data 
  • Basic knowledge of transport and driver regulations would be an advantage
