Salary: up to £35, 286
 

We have the opportunity for a Lettings Team Leader to join our team. Working closely with our Lettings Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the key-to-key lettings process, ensuring the Lettings Team deal with all tenancy terminations, voids, allocations and lettings promptly, efficiently, and in accordance with our policies and procedures. 

You will work closely with all internal colleagues and external partners to minimise void loss and achieve re-let times that are amongst the best in the housing sector, and you will contribute towards the continuous improvement of our service delivery. 

You will have a strong focus on customer service, working with our customers and partners to create sustainable tenancies. 

You will therefore need: 

  • CIH Level 4, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in a management role for a housing provider. 

  • To be up to date professional knowledge and practical experience of housing allocations, lettings and void management. 

  • Be able to motivate and manage a team of staff. 

  • Proven ability of partnership working with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Sound judgement and effective decision making abilities 

  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use all Microsoft packages including Dynamics 365, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. 

  • Full valid driving licence and use of a vehicle.
