Salary: Up to £39,372 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate housing professional to lead our Lettings Team. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality, customer focused service, ensuring our strategic objectives are delivered successfully.
Reporting to the Head of Housing, you will be responsible for the operational management of our housing waiting list, housing needs assessments and lettings. You will work in partnership with our Voids Team to ensure we continue to improve our void turnaround times, minimise our void repairs costs, reduce our void rent loss, and consistently deliver an excellent lettings service for our customers. You will work in partnership with our development team to ensure we provide the right homes in the right place.
You will lead and inspire our team, providing technical advice, guidance and support to help them continue to provide an excellent service.
The successful candidate will be innovative, forward thinking with excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills. You will have practical experience of managing a housing waiting list and allocations within a housing setting and have knowledge of Choice Based Lettings.
