Overview
Job Purpose and Summary
The Program & Projects factory team will deliver change for the projects (>500k) running under this division, but also for the smaller sized projects and small changes that are owned by the Solution & Adoption division. In a single vendor setting it is important that the work & its associated priorities is coordinated across these divisions and projects, such that the right priority sequence can be given to the vendor teams.
Your focus will be to track and drive the running and upcoming actions across the factory, ensuring on timely delivery of all the associated process elements (contracts in place, estimations received, etc).
Additionally, you will own the budgets for the factory deliveries, align (and challenge) quotes with the respective vendors and track execution against budget, ensuring on budget delivery.

What we give
As an IT Delivery Lead, you will:
- Resolving priority conflicts by challenging the respective teams for alternate approaches, avoiding the need for prioritization, without impairing quality and cost.
- Liaise with the PMO team to ensure accurate (staffing) forecasting.
- Liaise with the release management & testing teams to identify any conflicts needed escalation.
- Keep an active overview, in alignment with PMO, of all the running and open actions / requests for the factory, ranging from contractual actions, resource allocations, estimations to priority calls.
- Ensuring these are picked up by respective owners and escalated as needed.
- Setup a structure / tooling to manage the various requests to the factory, in alignment with PMO.
- Liaise with and provide clear priority choices for the Program & Projects and Solution & Adoption directors in case of delivery conflicts.
- Take ownership of the factory budgets, negotiate on effort with Vendors, ensuring ‘sharp’ project quotes from the vendors. Ensure execution stays within budget.
- Monitor, own and drive delivery timelines for all the factory deliveries. Ensuring a most optimal result across all the various changes, projects and programs.

What we ask
As an IT Delivery Lead, you will need:
- A Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related business field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Relevant project management / Agile delivery experience within an ERP environment and preferable across multiple countries and/or regions.
- Minimal and high-level understanding of the ERP technical skills, preferably in the area of Oracle R12, SCM, Contract ManagementÂ
- A deep understanding of IT delivery mechanisms (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall)
- Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- To be able to keep track of and balance multiple priority items at the same time
- First line negotiation skills, ensuring the initial estimations are complete, sharp & realistic
