Shift hours: Full Time
Fully responsible to deliver high standard of hospitality service to internal and external guests.
Duties will include but not be restricted to:
Look after all 11 hospitality meeting rooms
Liaise with reception on all hospitality bookings
Manage evening events, if / when they take pace
Weekly stock take
Complete and file health & safety documents
Support reception team, by taking calls, greet guests etc
Support general manager and culinary team with restaurant service, when needed.
Place order on the Compass system
Liaise with customers face to face, always making sure we provide the best possible service to represent RA & Permira.
Communicate & report to client when general manager is absent
Weekly hrs are 40, however this will depend on level of business. So, it can fluctuate week on week
Experience in a busy and highly changing hospitality environment.
Be able to make decisions and take initiative
Work close & well with current team members, in a small team
Able to be versatile & work in a fast pace department where times & requirements change at the last minute
Be smartly presented & able to communicate clearly and politely to clients & guests
