The O2 Arena is the world’s most popular music venue, owned by AEG, it is the home of entertainment in London. With up to 220 plus incredible events a year including the Brits and a number of big name residencies, no day is ever the same and Levy UK is proud to be the exclusive catering provider within the arena providing food and beverage over 3 very diverse areas – Suites, Concessions and Premium Bars. We aim to enhance our guest experience and delivering exceptional standards, which enables us to offer world class service to our guests each.

 

The role of Head of Premium Services is a fabulous senior opportunity for an accomplished food and beverage professional to be part of the O2 Arena experience. Inspiring and leading a team of circa 15 managers to optimise the sales, profitability and service of each area of responsibility underpinned by a structured approach, to focus on compliance with relevant company polices, standards and employment principles.

 

The specific remit for this role covers 3 departments:

 Catering and service delivery with our 96 Suites

  • Catering and service delivery for 6 exclusive Premium Bars
  • Management and service delivery of all special events and all backstage catering operations

 

Reporting to the General Manager and through close liaison with our client partners, you will be directly responsible for the key result areas below (amongst other general responsibilities).

Key Accountabilities

  • To provide a quality, market leading and customer orientated service throughout the Premium Bar’s operation
  • To achieve operating standards that exceed the guest’s expectations through strong leadership and effective management
  • To continually enhance guest experience through operational management of all Premium areas
  • To build and maintain client and customer relationships ensuring that we are true partners in their business

  • To manage the business needs and performance standards in line with the Core Signatures guidelines, Client Service Level Agreements and KPI’s
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of a first-class catering product and service to our clients and customers
  • Proactively manage each C&E event. Allocate a manager, while monitoring delivery from start to finish
