About the role…
The Head of Performance Planning is a crucial senior role within the Agency, servicing all clients, and liaising with all other departments, this role is vital to the smooth running of performance media planning & activation, and delivery of client scopes. The role will sit alongside the Digital Channel leads, and collaborating with Global Client Leads and Business Directors, reporting into the Global Head of Performance.
About the work….
The key responsibility for the role, is owning and leading the Performance Planning product.
Zenith Worldwide is on a growth trajectory, which has seen the creation and expansion of many centralised digital hubs, based in the Zenith Global HQ, in London. These hubs deliver centrally-governed planning and activation for multiple markets, predominantly in EMEA, but also globally. Whilst we manage the entirety of many clients’ digital activation, including upper funnel/brand activation, the consistent theme for us as the ROI Agency is that every client has a Performance scope deliverable.
Working alongside our Client Practices, our Strategy Team, and our Digital Channel Leads across Search, Social, Programmatic & Commerce, the Head of Performance Planning will be responsible for owning the Performance Planning product, and delivering performance planning excellence across all clients, and to contribute significantly to new business pitches.
You will be tasked with auditing existing Performance Planning, and building and deploying a best in class Performance Planning product, in order to drive standardisation, efficiencies, and drive market-leading effectiveness.
The successful ownership of the Performance Planning product will be delivered and evidenced as follows:
- Elevating the quality of our performance planning and activation delivery for our clients, as evidenced by overachieving against client KPIs and benchmarks
- Meaningful contribution to performance planning strategies, resulting in successful new business delivery
- Collaboration with Groupe specialists to drive innovation within Zenith Worldwide’s performance delivery
- Entering and winning leading industry performance related awards
What you need to succeed….
- Strong knowledge and experience of performance media
- Deep channel expertise across Search, Programmatic, Social, Commerce
- Good experience in a Global/EMEA role delivering multi-market client scopes
- Deep knowledge of data-driven media planning
- Expertise in ad tech management
- Senior leadership experience in media agency
- Senior Client Stakeholder Management experience
