Front of House Supervisor – Full-Time

Rate of pay: €15.50 ph
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 over 7 days)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in PepsiCo, Little Island, Cork. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our front of house area, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.

  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Oversee & Implement daily operation and customer flow
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication between front and back of house
  • Train and support new staff members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of front of house supplies
  • Executing Hospitality events or functions with Support of Manager

 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated passion for food and exceptional customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of front of house operations and best practices
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills for ordering and emailing
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments
  • Hospitality-related qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential
