Esland Bedford School are seeking a qualified Forest School practitioner. The role entails planning and delivery of group and 1:1 Forest School sessions, as well as supporting in school with cover lessons as required. The role would be suitable for qualified Forest School practitioners with experience of a school environment; experience of working with pupils with Anxiety, Emotionally-based School Avoidance and/or ASD would be preferred.

What we are looking for:
- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging outdoor learning sessions for students of various ages
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages exploration and personal growth
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to aid students in their learning and development
- Monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive, enriching educational experience
We can offer:
- Forest School Level 3 qualification
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality outdoor education sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
