Food Spot Attendant

You will work with the Site Cafe Manager to ensure your unit provides an efficient, effective, and consistent service to customers and clients, focusing on our Micro Kitchen experience. Assist team members in their duties whilst adhering to company policy and procedure. Perform general duties which support the efficient running of your Unit, ensure it is fully compliant with Compass process, healthy and safety, food hygiene regulations, and run in line with Food program expectations.

Day to Day Role Duties
● Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
● Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
● Ensure all displays, counters, fridges and vending machines comply with company and statutory requirements
● Actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
● Promote good safety habits and methods of work
● Treat everyone with professionalism, care, and respect
● Communicate with the customers honestly, accurately, and in a timely manner
● Clean all work areas during and after use and remove all waste to the appropriate area
● Maintain temperature records as required and report and variance
● Ensure cleaning schedules are maintained and accurate
● Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your manager

Customer and Client Satisfaction
● Embrace and deliver all aspects of the Client Food Program to an exceptional standard
● Work with others to ensure that client and consumer expectations are understood and
exceeded
● Promote the Food Program to our Client engaging with them through our food choices, displays, space designs while acting as a Compass Advocate at all times
● Be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients, and colleagues

● Correctly use work equipment, personal protective equipment in accordance with training and instructions provided, reporting any equipment issues to your line manager
