Salary: £27,038 per annum

What you’ll be doing 

  • Do you understand the importance of quality assurance frameworks and have an eye for detail to ensure compliance? 

  • Are you solution focussed and able to work with customers face to face out in the communities?

Completing regular inspections of our fire alarms & emergency lighting within the communal areas of our properties. Ensure they meet the requirement of fire safety and coordinate all remedial actions that need completion to minimise risk. 

Working directly with customers, colleagues and contractors, you will be part of a team that aims to improve the overall quality and safety of our blocks. 

More about you 

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of delivering compliant services, ideally within a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will be able to not only provide timely information, but also have the ability to make quick informed decisions. 

You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring maintenance services are carried out to a high standard. 

Candidates must also possess a driving license, access to a vehicle full and be comfortable using handheld mobile and tablet devices. 

At the same time, you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same! 

When and where you’ll be doing it 

You will be covering a scheduled route, three days a week, based on the safety of our blocks and our customers’ needs. 

Your reporting office will be The Maltings on Lower Bristol Road, however you will largely be required to travel between our estates.
