Customer Operations Analyst – Xian
General Description
The onsite leader takes responsibility in order management, logistics & supply management, EHS management, Customer service and coordination and monthly finance management and AR Collection, leading the team to complete the service under contract and make the SOP and other assigned task by reporting manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Takes Responsibility of daily communication with the customer and business coordination related to Warehouse Operations.
- Lead the team to complete the routine customer onsite stock check and delivery order intake, keep sure that the onsite stock status reported to the related customer employee,
- Follow the SOP to complete the daily logistics operation and management including the daily receiving and QC, outbound delivery, inventory management, repacking and relabeling, POD management, CoC management, Service Check and record and transportation management, etc.
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Follow the customer EHS requirement and manage the customer site. Complete the routine EHS Check and report the problem to the customer EHS manager.
- Take responsibility of the month check list to keep sure all the service item listed clearly, coordinate with the finance team to complete the invoicing and cost allocation, and invoice delivery and AR communication.
- Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
- Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
- Continuously improve service operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
- Conferring with other supervisors such as CPM/CPA to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving external & internal customers.
- Manage the onsite management staff to complete the operation in customer site.
- Other projects service in other cities
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:Â College degree and 2+ years of relevant logistics/project management experience (including 1+ year of previous supervisory experience), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language: CET 4 above with good written and read skill
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
- Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good knowledge in finance management to complete the service fee listing and cost analysis.
