What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Relations Consultant – Complaint Handler you’ll be working in a forward thinking and dynamic team where no two days are the same, dealing directly with customers who have expressed dissatisfaction with the product or service they have received.

 

You’ll have an enquiring mind and really listen to our customers on the phone or in writing whilst helping to identify how to put things right. Working collaboratively to find a solution and improving our service is paramount and as such you’ll always put our customers at the heart of everything you do.

What You’ll Bring

•    Experience in providing excellent customer service
•    Highly organised
•    Clear communicator with an eye for detail
•    Basic IT skills
•    Ability to take ownership and contribute towards the departmental and regulatory standards

As a Customer Relations Consultant – Complaint Handler, you can expect a structured, tailored development programme, to keep your knowledge up to date. And, in our regular team sessions, you’ll be able to share advice and experience with your colleagues.
