You’ll be joining an established high performing Community Safety Team to work on actions to reduce crime and disorder across MSV communities. You’ll work collaboratively across MSV championing Community Safety, taking responsibility for managing a case load of anti-social behaviour issues through to resolution, supporting vulnerable customers who may be subject to or perpetrators of anti-social behaviour, preparing cases for legal work including drafting witness statements’ and representing the group at court as and when required.
You will also be required to attend multi-agency meetings and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the group and external agencies. As a holistic role you will develop preventative measures and work within our communities to ensure they are safe and secure for our tenants.
The successful candidate will be pro-active in their approach, have proven communications skills, the ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers and be able to manage conflicting priorities with a demanding workload.
The successful candidate will require a full driving license to fulfil the needs of the role.
