We are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team at our team in Billsthorpe.

The suitable candidate will be able to effectively manage delivery of all aspects of administrative processes in line with regional and national standards and procedures. Ensuring business unit compliance with purchasing process and implementing actions to improve performance.  

You will also be responsible for: 

  • To ensure compliance with policies and procedures including health and safety requirements    

  • Monitor and control costs in line with Company policies and procedures   

  • Providing administrative support to functional areas within business   

  • Provide general administrative duties as required 

  • Ensure delivery of business strategy through support 

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships 

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate previous work experience in a Commerical Administrator role gained within a fast-paced environment. 

Specific requirements; 

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment 

  • Customer Interface skills, dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally 

  • Computer skills, answering emails, (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel) 

  • Good accuracy skills 

  • Effective communication skills both oral and written 

  • Ability to work under pressure 

  • Team player
