Ofsted Registered Children’s Home ManagerPay rate: £44,000 – £52,000 per annum plus up to £8,500 in bonuses

What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children, within the last 5 years (essential)
- At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (highly desirable)
- A level 3 (or above) diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience of participating in Ofsted inspections (essential)
- An in-depth knowledge of legislations, regulations and best practice surrounding the care of children and the ability to successfully implement this within your home (essential)
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion (essential)
- Candour and a strong sense of integrity (essential)
- The ability to be caring and compassionate whilst also remaining steadfast and upholding rule and regulations (essential)
- A full, UK driving licence issued in the UK (essential)
- Right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
- Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations (essential)
