You will be joining an organisation that has treated over 500,000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.

To further scale our growing business, we are recruiting for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between data engineering and analytics, driving our processes and building top-notch data models. You'll define and deliver our Enterprise Logical data model, and own key master models essential for our business.


The Role

  • Define and deliver the Enterprise Logical data model to meet business needs.

  • Design, implement and own key master models to support analytics and reporting.

  • Create and implement a testing suite in dbt, ensuring top-quality data.

  • Be the SQL expert for the BI team, elevating modelling practices.

  • Drive best practices in PR and GitHub use within the BI team.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to integrate and provide necessary datasets.

What Are We Looking For You To Bring

  • Expertise in data analysis and integration from multiple sources into a single platform, with advanced skills in SQL and dbt.

  • Experienced in a cloud-based modern data warehouse such as Google BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.

  • Proven experience with data modelling and dbt.

  • Ability to enhance data codebases and streamline processes.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into data models.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
