Shift hours: Full Time
Reporting to our Head of Operations and working as part of the SEC Food Operations Team, and working alongside venue colleagues and partners, to support and execute the delivery of all event catering operations and associated services with the Live Entertainment Department. You will work closely with clients, event organisers and colleagues to drive an excellent level of food, beverage and service delivery. You will build positive relationships with existing and potential clients in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
Leading by example – the candidate will have a strong eye for the successful operation, innovation and development of the arena. Focusing on the training and development of the team of Event Operations Managers and supervisors to support the operational needs of the business.

You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner whilst ensuring we are true partners in their business. You will engage with support functions, internal and external stakeholders, and suppliers whilst controlling costs and driving sales growth.
Being accountable for the operational delivery for all Live Entertainment events and delivering consistent, excellent customer/guest standards for every event is a key part of your role.
Building relationships and working collaboratively with SEC Live Entertainment teams you will strive for exceptional service standards to achieve and exceed and grow our business in line with the SEC values and mission.
You will actively work to identify key competitors and drive innovation within the Arena sector to ensure we stay ahead of the game, developing consistently high standards within your defined areas.

You will have experience of working in an ever-changing environment and Retail Operations within Venue/Stadium. You will have led and inspired operational teams to deliver results and hold extensive knowledge of Food, Beverage & Service Industry.
