You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered.
Here’s an idea of what your shift patterns will be: 3 out of 7 days
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations. 
  • Ensure telephones and administrative duties are completed in a timely and professional manner 
  • Maintain confidential records and information.
  • Prepare (photocopy & print) production sheets.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Answering the telephone and deal with queries in polite and professional manner
  • Manage email inbox
  • Supports management with any administration duties
  • General filing and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
  • Produce reports and presentations on request.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or work in other areas as required.
