Salary: £24,922 per annum

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assets and Energy Administrator to support the Assets Department. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring external energy use and reporting anomalies to relevant teams.  You will also provide telephone and face to face support for staff and customers regarding all heat network enquiries as well as managing ongoing cyclical billing processes. 

This role requires you to be able to liaise with and support various teams within One Manchester to ensure effective management and control of specialist services and subcontractors associated with metering and billing to provide information to customers, helping improve energy efficiency homes. 

Lastly, you will be accountable for understanding and supporting the delivery of our ED&I commitments to promote a culture of respect, dignity and inclusion recognising and celebrating differences and actively challenging behaviours which do not adhere to these principles in all aspects of your work. 

We would love if you have the following: 

  • Experience of working in an asset/property setting. 

  • Experience of working with financial systems. 

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office packages including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. 

  • Experience of dealing with queries from customers. 

  • Experience of liaising with external stakeholder organisations.
