Overview
4C Associates
4C Associates is a commercial, supply chain and operations consultancy that harnesses the power of people & collaboration to build transformative solutions that create sustainable impact for our clients and for society as a whole.
We are a progressive and sustainability focused B Corp organisation. We believe long term sustainably is key in everything we do and by joining the team you will play a vital role in this in your work. You will learn consulting and analytical skills to support your own personal development in this career, while making a positive impact on our client projects and society as a whole.
We are launching our early consulting careers recruitment campaign for entry to 4C in summer 2024.
The Role
Your consulting career at 4C starts in the Analyst role. Analysts play a crucial role in the 4C team supporting a range of both client facing and internal activities. This might include the proactive identification of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvements for our clients or supporting teams through a client bid or diagnostic piece of work.
When joining as an Analyst at 4C you will become part of our Early Consulting Careers (ECC) community. ECC offers you a structured training plan to support your continued learning and development as well as a community of peers to support you.
Analysts will rotate projects – enabling you to gain a broad insight into our consulting projects and work across different industry sectors, as well as our internal initiatives. Responsibilities can include:
· Analysis of information and data to provide insights and solution design
· Industry and market research and insight development
· Project management
· Strategic sourcing initiatives
· Process improvement support
Skills
To succeed in this role you need to be able to work well as a team and have great communication skills. As the role requires information and data assessment, you should have good analytical ability and enjoy problem solving. A “can do” attitude to solving challenges and ensuring tasks are worked to completion is critical as well as proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
Consulting projects can be complex, requiring you to work with ambiguous information. We are looking for individuals with enthusiasm and a creative approach to solving challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
For this entry level role no minimum qualification or experience is required. If you possess the above skill along with enthusiasm and drive to progress your career in a consulting environment, we want to hear from you!
Our offer to you

4C will consider all candidates regardless of their immigration status, subject to holding valid eligibility to work in the UK at the time of application in their own right. While 4C Associates does hold a sponsorship licence, we regret we are unable to offer sponsorship for Analyst level positions.
Successful candidates who currently have the right to work in the UK, under any eligible immigration category, may be made employment offers at Analyst level in line with their visa eligibility. We endeavour to develop and support all Analysts to meet the criteria to progress to Consultant level within our Early Consulting Careers Programme, at which stage we are able to offer Skilled Worker sponsorship subject to UKVI eligibility criteria and company policy. We cannot guarantee the future opportunity for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker category for those entering at Analyst level.
