We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Manager to join the Frontier team, based at our Ingham site. You will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day operations of the site; to ensure Health, Safety, Environment and QA standards are met in line with legal requirements, Company COPs, regulations, and site-specific plans.

  • Knowledge of BASIS is desirable but not essential

  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Your Role Will Involve

As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager your role will involve:

  • Delivering all company policies and procedures in relation to Health and Safety
  • Running the store and site to BASIS and Frontier policies and procedures
  • Leading with developing and delivering Risk assessments and Safe working procedures
  • Leading with delivering company targets on annual Health and Safety audit
  • Driving efficiencies and challenge the process to ensure that the site operates to best practice while maintain high levels of customer service
  • Organising order collation picking, wrapping and loading of orders on to vehicles
  • Using computer-based stock ordering system to ensure accurate stocks are kept at all times and remain compliant with BASIS limits
  • Carrying out weekly and quarterly stock takes ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved in an efficient manner.
  • Developing, co-ordinating and delivering SLA in relation to Crop Protection deliveries
